At Clay & Magic, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer free returns within 30 days of purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• You can return your item if:
• It is unused and in its original packaging
• The return request is made within 30 days of purchase
• You have proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

2. How to Request a Return

2. We’ll provide you with a free return shipping label.
3. Pack the item securely and send it back.
4. Once received, we’ll process your refund or replacement within 5-7 business days.

3. Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
• Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
• If the product was damaged upon arrival, please include a photo when requesting a return.

4. Exchanges

Need a replacement? We’re happy to exchange your item for the same or a similar product of equal value.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Used or opened clay kits
• Customized or personalized items
