1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

🚚 Free Shipping: Orders above 100 AED qualify for free standard shipping!
📦 Standard Shipping: 20 AED for orders below 100 AED.
⏳ Delivery Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and typically arrive within 3-5 business days within the UAE.

2. Order Processing

• Orders placed before 3 PM (UAE time) will be processed the same day.
• Orders placed after 3 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.
• You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

3. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the UAE. Stay tuned for international shipping updates!

4. Shipping Issues & Delays

• We are not responsible for shipping delays due to courier issues, holidays, or extreme weather conditions.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

• If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
• We will either resend the item or offer a refund, depending on availability.
